 This is a guide, which tells you the steps to take from when you get the camera, to putting the photos onto the computer and your blog, then onto other social networking sites.

Rule Of Thirds.

this is a better version of the photo with rule of thirds. the focus is to the left of it rather than bang in the middle.

this is a good example of rule of thirds as the focus is slightly to the left rather than in the middle.

Bad Photo.

this is a bad photo because there is too much going on and you don't know where to focus. it cuts half of the person on the right out and then there is not much on the left.

Own Photos.

I like this photo because the main thing in focus is directly in the middle. I like the detail because you can see every single drop of water on it. The colours contrast well as the main focus is black and then the outside is light.

Improved Bad Photo.

i didnt know how to improve this photo, so all i did was rub out the background so that you had something to focus on rather than having lots going on in the background.

Bad Photo.

i think this is a bad photo as it cuts a bit of me out on the right. also there are people in the background which takes the focus off what its supposed to be on. the screens in the background are too bright, which also could take the attention away.

'Good' Photo.

i think this is a good photo as both of us are looking at the camera, and there's not a lot going on in the background so you would know what to focus on.

I like the way the frost looks on the flower and how it focuses right in so you can see lots of detail. I like the colour and how there is different shades of it because of the shadows and everything.
