I like this photo because it shows you something you wouldn't expect to see. You hear about it and you hear about what happened but you never actually get to see it and this picture shows what happened. Its a Hutu man at a Red Cross Hospital, his face mutilated by the Hutu militia, who suspected him of sympathizing with the Tutsi rebels.
